Q: Do I need any experience to join the workshop?

A: Not at all! Our workshop is designed for all levels — from fragrance enthusiasts to complete beginners. Just bring your curiosity and love for scent.

Q: How long is the workshop?

A: Each session is approximately 2 hours, including a guided scent exploration and the hands-on perfume creation process.

Q: What’s the difference between the Regular Series and the Tea Series?

A: The Regular Series features versatile, classic notes that suit a wide range of preferences. The Tea Series offers a more delicate, botanical profile inspired by aromatic tea leaves — perfect for tea lovers!

Q: What will I bring home?

A: You’ll leave with your very own personaliszed Eau Da Parfum in either 30ml or 50ml, a ratio card, workshop itinerary and etc...

Q: Is the workshop suitable as a gift?

A: Absolutely — it’s a meaningful and sensory experience, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or special moments.

Fragrance Oils

Q: Are your fragrance oils safe for pets and pregnant women?

A: Yes! All our oils are IFRA certified and safe for both pregnant women and pets.

Q: What if I don’t like the fragrance I create?

A: Don’t worry! We’ll work with you to make sure you love your scent before finalizing.

Q: Can I create more than one perfume during the workshop?

A: Each session is designed for creating one personalized scent only.

Bookings

Q: What if there’s no date available on the calendar?

A: If no dates are available, simply reach out to us — we can arrange a custom booking.

Q: How far in advance should I book my workshop?

A: For regular workshops, you can book anytime based on availability. For company or team building events, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.

Q: Can I book a private or group session?

A: Yes! Private and group sessions are available. Just contact us to discuss your needs.

Q: Can I change my booking date?

A: We’re unable to offer rescheduling once a booking is confirmed, unless there’s an emergency or verified illness. If that’s the case, just reach out — we’ll do our best to arrange a new date for you.

Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Stripe, Apple Pay and PayPal for secure payments via credit or debit cards.

Q: Is a deposit required?

A: No deposit required. Full payment is due at the time of booking.

Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

A: We do not offer refunds, and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your slot to a friend or family member — just let us know in advance.
